We got our first real snow of the winter. Luke's favorite part was watching the plow clear the cul-de-sac. Last year he was too young to really go out and play in the snow so this was his first time out in the snow on his own. He didn't quite get it but still had fun. He spent most of his time "helping" me clear off the cars and then playing with the snow on the ledge out front. It wasn't good snowball making snow so no snowmen or anything this time around. I think a few more trips out to play and he'll be good to go.

Since it was frigid out there we spent a lot of time inside too and created Luke's first gingerbread creation, a train of course! My mom found this kit for him before the holidays but things got crazy and we just got to it now. He loved it, especially eating the sprinkles. Thanks Mom!

I love the picture of Luke looking out the window - adorable !
It's great that you didn't get around to it during the holidays - this was perfect for a snowy cold day!! It looks wonderful! I love the pic of Luke looking out the window as well.
