Total weight gain: About 27 pounds.
How
much does baby weigh: Around 5 pounds and about the size of a butternut squash.
Maternity clothes: yup.
Stretch marks: nope.
Sleep: It's hard to get comfortable and I use the bathroom all the time, so sleep is very interrupted.
Best moment this week: Luke randomly looked at my belly and said "love you forever baby"
Movement: She's moving right now but I think things are starting to get cramped. Not as much crazy movements and more just kicks/punches.
Food cravings: eh, eating sucks.
Belly button in or out: out!
What I miss: eating whatever I want.
What
I'm looking forward to: another doctors appointment this week and more tests but it will calm my nerves about everything and hopefully will tell me that she's doing a-okay in there.
Milestone: 35/35 - 35 weeks which means 35 days!
Thoughts: Things are getting complicated and my nesting instincts are setting in. I'm washing a bunch of newborn clothes right now and just hope I can have everything ready before Baby Girl T arrives.

Here We Go Again
My liver is all crazy again. It's official, my body hates to be pregnant.
My doctor has been checking my liver enzyme levels periodically throughout the pregnancy. They were all coming back normal. Last week she ordered one 'final' check. Yesterday I got a message on my phone from my doctor. It is never good when the actual doctor calls you and not the nurse. I didn't get the message until after the office was closed for the day so naturally I freaked out. She basically told me on the message that my blood work came back and she needed to talk to me soon so we could "figure out a new plan." Um what? Who wants a new plan at 34 weeks pregnant? Who wants a new plan with their current plan already includes lots of extra testing/monitoring/pricking? I was so close to tears.
So last night when there was nothing I could really do I googled everything. Stupid me. It was the same information I learned last pregnancy and I was all prepared to have a c-section and preemie. Again, so close to tears. I'll never learn my "don't google anything because they'll tell you the worst case scenario every single time" lesson.
Anyway, today the second the students stepped out of third period I was on the phone to the doctors. In my mind of course she would have 5 minutes to talk to me during my planning period, who else does she have to work with today anyway? Well she called back at 3:45. Let's just say today was rough and I was completely preoccupied.
On the phone I learned my liver sucks. Compared to last time my numbers are a bit higher at this point but not to the extreme. She asked me what the GI doctor did last time, I explained more tests and then nothing. She consulted with another doctor and recommended I still go back to the GI guy just to be safe. She is also going to continue to order weekly blood work just like last time to monitor things.
After I hung up I realized it wasn't as bad as my mind had me thinking but it still sucks. So I called the GI doctors office, explained my situation (the receptionist couldn't have cared less) and the earliest they could get me in April 11th in the morning. By then I'll be 36 weeks pregnant and all he's going to order is more blood work. Sigh.
On a brighter note, we went shopping last night and I bought Little Lady T's coming home outfit! It's adorable and so flippin' tiny. I can't wait to have her here in it! And we bought headbands for her too, just in case we need a little extra girly touch :)

Week in Review
Monday - Rough Day at the Office
Luke apparently had a heck of a day. This was before 5 pm on the kitchen floor as I was cooking him dinner.
Tuesday - Doctor Visit
I had my normal check up Tuesday. It was fairly low key - I gained weight, had good blood sugar numbers, and the little girls heartbeat was good so my doctor was happy. The only weird part was my belly still measured 32 cm, same as two weeks prior. I was a bit concerned but the doctor said not to be at this point. Baby Girl T is moving all the time so she said the baby should be doing fine. Next appointment I start my weekly non stress tests and she'll be able to tell a lot more from that than just the measurements alone.
Wednesday - Delivery Day
Zach's new mower arrived, both boys were super excited!
Thursday - Oooooh, look at Daddy!
Zach tried out the new mower. Luke was so excited, for the first 20 minutes all he did was run back and forth from window to window to watch daddy mow. So cute! I hope he'll be that excited when he's 13 and has to mow it himself.
Friday - Summer?
The weather was gorgeous! It sure didn't feel like March. I also learned I'm so happy to not be pregnant over the summer months. I was dying at work all day and it only hit like 80. Last time I got to the point where it felt like I had a built in heater in my belly it was 30 degrees outside and it was very welcome. Now, not so much.
Saturday - 34 Weeks
Finally another belly shot - I've totally sucked at taking them this time around but still am dumb enough to wait until the end of the day to do it in my comfy clothes.
Looking at this shot I feel like my stomach looks huge compared to last time at this point. Baby Girl T should be about 18 inches and between 4.5-5 pounds. My belly button has popped and I can feel/see limbs moving all around in there. I'm not good at figuring out what is what though. A few more weeks for her to do some somersaults then she better get head down and ready to go. As far as food goes I'm pretty much miserable. My numbers have been getting lower and lower on my "diet" foods so in my mind that made me think my body was adjusting and I could start to add back in some other foods. Last night I tried that and I got my highest number yet. It made me want to cry. I know I only have 6 more weeks but I'm so sick of eating the same stuff day in and out and it's only been 5 weeks so far. Last night I went grocery shopping and read all sorts of labels, compared things, and tried to find a few other snacks that would be acceptable. I also got some more work done on the nursery and things are really coming along. I'm almost to the point where I can start to decorate and buy things for walls, yaay! Oh, and we still don't have a name or even a complete short list...not worry though, we'll figure it out :)

Such a Big Boy
Last weekend we made the big switch from the crib to the big boy bed. Luke did surprisingly well. He didn't dislike his crib and never tried to climb out at all so I was worried he wouldn't like the new bed. But after weeks of talking about how he was becoming such a big boy and how we were changing his room into a big boy room he made the switch with ease! At night he has only given us trouble once, getting out of bed repeatedly, but overall he got in, stayed in, and fell asleep on his own. Naps were rough this past weekend but he's starting to get the hang of it. I'm so proud and a little sad because he is getting so big so quick!
We started with the box spring and mattress on the floor and figured it'd be that way for a while but the furniture store called Monday and were able to deliver his new furniture today, about a month early! So we moved out the rest of the nursery furniture last night and today he went all big boy! The furniture is awesome, looks awesome, and he seems so excited for all of his "big boy" stuff. Tonight I was busy rearranging his room, filling his new dresser, and moving some things in the nursery. Luke's room is almost completely done, just needs things on the wall. I'm so excited to almost have a "done" stamp on one room of the house! And the nursery isn't too far behind. Take a look.
And on a completely different note, Luke proved to me again why toddlers can't be trusted. I was busy moving things in his room and he quietly went to the kitchen, got into the pantry, pulled out the box of crackers (one of his favorite snacks weirdly) and this is how I found him - happy as a clam!
The sleeve somehow ended upside down after all this...needless to say I also added vacuuming to my list tonight.

32 Weeks
Total weight gain: 23 pounds. New diet dropped me a pound.
How much does baby weigh: About 3 3/4 pounds by now and almost 17 inches long! Roughly the size of a squash.
Maternity clothes: all the time.
Stretch marks: nope.
Sleep: I've been in bed by 9 at the latest most of the week and had good sleep more days than not. Yay!
Best moment this week: Due to my awesome numbers my doctor told me Thursday I only have to check my blood sugar two times a day now!
Movement: Baby Girl T is very active in there, which is a good sign since I lost weight this week.
Food cravings: not really, starting to adjust more to the diet but I never crave anything I'm allowed to eat.
Belly button in or out: in but I'm getting closer and closer to an outtie this time. I'm actually excited that it might 'pop' this time around.
What I miss: sweets
What I'm looking forward to: getting the nursery completed
Milestone: I'm down to single digits in weeks now - two more months!!
Thoughts: Since I lost weight between my last two doctor appointments I need to make sure I'm eating more food - my doctor isn't worried about a big baby but a small baby so I'm trying to fit in more healthy stuff when I can. This will actually be easier since I only have to check my sugars twice a day. I also have been doing really good with my numbers so I'm allowed to experiment with different amounts of food and carbs at meals to see what my body tolerates and what will set my numbers really high. I can't do this at every meal obviously but here and there. Tonight I'm trying a slice a pizza - first time I've had pizza in about 3 weeks!!! My doctor is also on the same page as me about not wanting to schedule a c-section unless absolutely necessary (yay!). She thinks I'll be good until between 39-40 weeks but doesn't want me to go past 40 because of the diabetes. Starting at 35 weeks I'll have a non stress test once a week to monitor how the baby and placenta are doing and then we'll go from there.
And because her big brother is so stinkin' cute here's a picture from after lunch today.

Updates
How is it Sunday night already? Geez weekends go fast sometimes.
This weekend we had a lot of progress on the kids rooms. Saturday we got Luke's twin mattress and plan to make the switch this coming Friday. I'm a bit nervous, I think there will be a lot of getting out of the bed to play which means less sleep for us, so starting it the first night of the weekend seems like the best idea.
Today my mom came and the nursery is no longer a storage room. We piled tons and tons of boxes in there when we moved 3 months ago and I haven't looked back since. Today I found things I didn't even realize I was missing, got rid of all sorts of things I'm not sure why I even packed in the first place, and unpacked almost all of the essential baby things for little lady T. Her closet is full of cuteness and I don't think there is too much I'll have to buy before her arrival.
Valences were hung in Luke's room and curtains in the nursery thanks to the craftiness of my mom. Window treatments add so much to a room and make it look better instantly. I'll take pictures eventually when we get more of the rooms completed. I'm kind of at a standstill for a while until Luke's furniture arrives, which could be another month or so. Then we'll be able to get all nursery furniture into the nursery and have all of his big boy things in his room. Eventually we'll get there. I'm hesitant to hang things on the wall without the furniture being there so I think I'll just wait.
Tomorrow also marks 1 week on my new diet. The nutritionist last week was hesitant to call it a diet but I haven't gained any weight since I've been on it, which when you're 31 weeks pregnant is not how things are supposed to go. Anyway, I basically just count carbs all day long. They gave me specific guidelines for how many carbs I can eat at each meal and snack and what times of the day I need to eat each meal and snack. So far I have been eating a lot of the same things everyday. I'm getting bored with it already. The really sucky part is no sweets, limited fruits, no juice - actually just water really, and all the yummy foods you dream about are out. I have learned a ton about what I eat though, which I guess will be beneficial in the long run. Either way it is all worth it as long as little lady T comes around the right time and is nice and healthy. I prick my finger 4 times a day and all of my numbers have been fine. This makes me want to experiment with other foods a little and see how my body processes them but I'll wait until after I talk my doctor Tuesday.
And with all that happening I've been exhausted all week, hence the no posts and this crazy lump of a post. Hopefully this week will be better.

Weekend #2
Yesterday Zach and his dad painted Luke's room and we're one more weekend closer to his big boy room. Today was a super lazy Sunday but I ordered some pictures and other things for his room. I can't wait to get the twin bed in there with the comforter and next weekend we'll have valences up too! Only a few more weeks and it will be finished. Next weekend also marks the start of the nursery for little lady T. So much going on!
Here's the room this weekend , with the little man enjoying it as well. The color looks a lot nicer in person, a sand color, and after we add some things to the wall, it'll be perfect!
