Even though Zach got his wisdom teeth out Friday and even though it was 100 degrees or more on Saturday, we love baseball and went to the Phillies game Saturday afternoon! It was definitely the hottest game ever but we had awesome seats (thanks Dad and Julie!) in the Hall of Fame club so we could cool off in the AC every so often. It was an afternoon filled with winning baseball, baby free adult time, a cheese steak, some water ice, almost a foul ball, and a 'little bit' of sweat. I can't wait until Luke is old enough to go with us. I saw people there with babies his age and even younger and I thought "what the heck were you thinking!?!?" It was waaaay too hot for a baby out there, he would have been miserable. Instead he got to spend some time with MomMom and PopPop so everybody won. We didn't take any pictures, thank goodness because we were both a hot mess - literally, so here's a picture from last year when I was secretly pregnant! :)
Things were a bit rough for a while but I'm still hopeful for the playoffs. Let's go Phils!

Smart move, sweet pea - in not taking Luke to the game ... it can be so dangerous for young ones and old ones in the heat. Luke fits in one category, I fit in the other :-)
Zach is a trooper for going to the game just over 24 hrs. from extraction of 4 teeth !!!
