Luke is 1 month old today! He's spending the morning bouncing away and checking out all the things around him. These 28 days have been filled with so many different emotions, adventures, trials, and a lot of learning. Here's a few thoughts to summarize this month:
Being a mom makes me smile.
The longest stretch of sleep I've had this month is 3 hours on a good night, normally an hour and a half.
Pacifiers are amazing, we waited until 2 weeks to introduce him to one but he likes it and I love it!
It's crazy how many diapers you actually go through in a week, who would have thought such a little guy would be so busy!
Hunger hits Luke like a bomb, one second hes asleep and peaceful, next second hes screaming and ready to eat.
Breastfeeding is difficult, worthwhile but difficult.
When nothing else works, take Luke on a car ride on the highway to ease his crying (back roads just make him cry more).
When Luke sleeps either sleep or get stuff done....time to go!
